In response to the pressing need for comprehensive mental health services and effective rehabilitation programs, Southeast Missouri Mental Health (Department of Mental Health, DMH) embarked on a campus planning study for the establishment of a new SORTS campus. Recognizing the critical importance of addressing the complex issues surrounding sexual offenses, DMH aims to create a state-of-the-art facility that will provide specialized treatment and support for individuals grappling with these challenges, while also addressing public safety. Our firm has developed a concept design solution that aligns with the standards of safety, functionality, and efficiency.
