Penn Street Lofts Penn Street Place is a proposed multi-family residential building to be located along Community Drive in North Liberty, IA. The proposed building will be a ground up, four story structure, approximately 54,000 SF. There will be 52 units overall, (18) 1-bedroom units and (34) 2-bedroom units. Construction will be completed in 2022.
