FACET is seeking an articulate, organized, ambitious, and motivated Architect with healthcare design experience to be part of our architectural studio team in St. Louis. Ideal candidates must be proficient in creating coordinated sets of design and construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Candidate must be self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will

• Have experience contributing to healthcare focused projects.
• Utilized Revit to create
• Produce floor plans, finish plans, ceiling plans, elevations, perspective views, etc through BIM modeling
• Multi-task and prioritize projects based on established deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines to produce a complete set of design documents.
• Assure that technical quality of projects is achieved, and that QA/QC process standards and requirements are implemented.
• Ensure appropriate client and internal communication including written project documentation.
• Communicate design decisions to internal team and all disciplines in a clear and compelling way.
• Willingness to travel (typically 1-2 days at a time).

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor of Architecture; from an accredited program preferred.
• Demonstrates creativity, passion, and interest in the design and planning of healthcare facilities.
• Bluebeam will be given preference.
• Revit & AutoCAD proficiency.
• Bluebeam will be given preference.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, drawing coordination, and quality control.
• 2+ years of experience with projects of varied scale and complexity, preferably contributing to healthcare design.
