CD Companies would like to welcome our new Healthcare Principals, Brian Pansing, and Patrick Nolan, who recently joined our division, FACET Architectural Design! Both Brian and Pat bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience in architectural healthcare design, making them invaluable additions to our growing firm. The whole company welcomes both these extraordinary architects, and we look forward to the future growth of our healthcare sector!

With over 40 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Brian Pansing has served as a manager, principal, and owner of a design practice, providing him a wealth of broad brushed experience. His experience includes master-planning, project planning and design. Brian has completed over 300 healthcare projects at major regional healthcare facilities throughout the Midwest and has maintained extended relationships with healthcare systems, some lasting decades.  These long-term relationships have allowed his knowledge base to extend into all facets of planning including interventional imaging, hybrid surgical suites, outpatient oncology facilities and countless others.

Patrick Nolan is an experienced Healthcare Principal with over 41 years of design, project management, and principal level experience in a diverse range of project types. He has extensive experience with all aspects of healthcare design, with specialized expertise in cancer treatment facilities, including both medical oncology and radiation therapy facility design. He provides his clients with a seasoned mix of market experience including acute care, outpatient ambulatory, clinic, and comprehensive facilities planning. Excelling in the design and management of complex projects with interdisciplinary design teams, he focuses on using evidence-based design and operational efficiencies to improve outcomes, reduce clients’ operating costs and deliver efficient and sustainable facilities.
