Worked with developer and tenant on the conversion of existing Sears store and auto bay into a 75,000 square foot office space for an information technology company. The new space can accommodate over 500 employees with workstations provided through FFE services, several conference rooms and breakrooms. Exterior renovations consisted of adding full-height windows and modifications of entrances and loading dock.

Renovation of the former St. Mary’s Hospital, 3 story, 34,000 square foot, medical office building. The renovation includes upgrades to the exterior with new canopy, new and enlarged windows, and surrounding site work. The interiors were completely renovated for both spec and leased office spaces with coordination between building owner and individual tenants. Complete upgrades of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems as well.
