Kaitlin is a licensed engineer in three states and a Lighting Certified professional. She brings over 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, specializing in lighting design, in a variety of project types including healthcare, higher education, research and life sciences, government, commercial, and more. She received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University. She is an adjunct professor at Maryville University, Vice Chair of the IES/ANSI Standard Publication RP-30 committee, and a Board Member for the Illuminating Engineering Society’s local section. With over 30 national and local speaking engagements she consistently kindles passion for evidence-based design. On our team, she fosters creative design and strong connections with clients.
MERCY NORTHWEST ARKANSAS ENDOSCOPY SUITE
ROGERS, AR
The FACET design team was tasked to fit out and renovate several existing spaces in the Mercy Northwest Arkansas Hospital and Physician’s Plaza MOB, which includes a new Inpatient Endoscopy procedure room (and adjacent support spaces), an expanded Outpatient Endoscopy procedure and recovery suite, and an updated Endoscopy Clinic. The 9,000 SF of renovated space was phased to allow the existing Endoscopy spaces to remain operational while construction occurred. Served as electrical engineer, designing power, lighting, and systems.
NM HEART INSTITUTE CT ROOM
ALBUQUERQUE, NM
400 +/- SF CT Scan Room. Helped coordinate the equipment replacement of the CT Scan room, along with the adjacent support spaces and prep/recovery. Through vigorous coordination, the team was able to work through the complexities associated with the replacement of complex equipment on the third floor of an active hospital.
