This 4,000 SF project was an interior remodel of a vacant space adjacent to an existing Mercy Clinic. 65 Prime Plus by Mercy Primary Care is specially designed for Medicare patients ages 65 and older. Our team was hired to perform modifications will be required to bring the space up to meet Mercy Retail Clinic Guidelines. Design services for the Clinic included existing conditions documentation, design development and construction documents, bidding and construction administration services.
