The FACET Architectural Design team renovated an existing clinic space into a clinic specially designed for Medicare patients ages 65 and older. As the waiting area for this space was shared, our focus was on the exam rooms, admin offices, and a lab space, as well as a small kitchenette/breakroom. Design services for the Clinic included existing conditions documentation, design development and construction documents, bidding and construction administration services.
