The FACET Architectural Design team designed this ground-up, 8,100 SF, single story building with Urgent Care and Primary Care as test-fit for nationwide OGA prototype. The interiors were designed with patients as the main focus, and drew color and pattern inspiration from the surrounding desert and Ardent Health’s blue branding. They are expecting a November 2025 opening.
