In collaboration with Meridian, our team designed, detailed and engineered a full-service assisted living and memory care facility. The 2-story facility is located on 5.93 acres at Greenwood Avenue and Sumpter Blvd. in North Port, FL. The project is planned to contain 119 living units which are a mix of Studio, One and Two Bedroom Assisted Living Units and a mix of private and semi-private Memory Care Units with full kitchen and services. The project was designed as a non-combustible building with an Institutional Use (I2).
